International Orders

We do ship orders outside of the United States either through UPS Worldwide Expedited or Worldwide Express, or through the US Postal Service.

Shipping & handling charges are automatically calculated during the checkout process with UPS shipping options. International shipping rates are based on the size, weight, value, and destination of the package being shipped. For an accurate shipping quote through UPS, you should place the items to be ordered in your shopping cart, click on "Secure Checkout", and enter your shipping address and payment information. You will then have the opportunity to select a shipping option and see the cost associated with each option before submitting your order. If you should choose not to place an order, you will be able to cancel before submitting the order and without being charged.

If you prefer, you may contact us for a shipping & handling quote through the US Postal Service. While this shipping option is usually more economical, there is often limited tracking information available and delivery times are not guaranteed. When emailing us for a quote through the US Postal Service, please include a list of items you wish to order (including quantities) and the complete delivery address. We will reply with a shipping quote and instructions for placing your order.

Availability

To find out when your order will arrive, you need to consider the availability of the product(s) you ordered and the shipping option you select:

Total Delivery Time = Product Availability + Shipping Time

Product availability is the time required to process and prepare the items in your order for shipping. The availability is listed with each product. Availability is usually from 2 - 7 business days, but can extend up to 6 weeks for some items. Once the order is ready for shipping, the shipping time is the travel time it takes to get the order from us to you. For example, selecting 2nd Day Air does not mean your order will arrive two days after you placed the order, but it will arrive two days after if leaves our facilities. Sometimes we are able to rush an order sooner than the stated product availability. If you have any shipping questions or wish to check on the availability of a product, please contact us.

Privacy Policy

Then Comes a Baby.com will not require or solicit any personal information from you unless you place an order. At that time, we only ask for personal information that is necessary to process and fulfill your order and that allows us to contact you regarding your order. We also ask for, but do not require, information such as your due date or event date and allow you to provide your comments on anything regarding this site and its services. All information collected is secure and used only to help us efficiently process and service your order. Then Comes a Baby.com does not sell or exchange any personal information with any other individuals, businesses, or organizations.

Return Policy

At ThenComesABaby.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if any product does not meet your expectations, simply return it and we will provide you with a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

• The product has not be used. An exchange or refund will not be given for products that have been used or prducts that have been damaged as the result of customer misuse or neglect.
• The product is returned in its original packaging and the product's packaging has not been damaged (for example, product packaging must be returned undamaged and should not be used as the return shipping carton).
• No refund or exchange will be made on Personalized Merchandise.
• You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us at cs@thencomesababy.com within 15 days of receipt of your order.
• Your RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton and returned to us within 15 days of receiving your RMA number. Absolutely no return packages will be accepted after this time period.
• Please return all products via UPS or insured Parcel Post. These shipping methods allow for tracking and compensation of lost or damaged packages. We will not assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages if other shipping methods are used.
• You must enclose the original sales receipt (photo copies accepted).

Please Note:

• All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
• Shipping & Handling costs for returns are not refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products:
To insure the highest possible quality, we fully inspect each product before it ships. We also fully guarantee all of our products to be free from factory and workmanship defects. If any product is found to be defective, or has been damaged in shipping, we will arrange for return shipping and provide you with a refund or exchange, provided the conditions listed in our return policy are met.

Personalized Products:
Products that have been engraved, embroidered, or otherwise personalized are not eligible for return or refund, except where provided for within our return policy for "Damaged or Defective Products."
