Availability

To find out when your order will arrive, you need to consider the availability of the product(s) you ordered and the shipping option you select:

Total Delivery Time = Product Availability + Shipping Time

Product availability is the time required to process and prepare the items in your order for shipping. Availability is usually from 2 - 7 business days, but can extend up to 6 weeks for some items.  The availability is listed with each product. Once the order is ready for shipping, the shipping time is the travel time it takes to get the order from us to you. For example, selecting 2nd Day Air does not mean your order will arrive two days after you placed the order, but it will arrive two days after if leaves our facilities.  Some products are not regularly kept in stock and require more time to receive from the manufacturer.  In such a situation, the estimated delivery time for the product will be stated with the product information. Sometimes we are able to rush an order sooner than the stated delivery time. If you have any shipping questions or wish to check on the availability of a product, please contact us.

Privacy Statement

At ThenComesABaby.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if any product does not meet your expectations, simply return it and we will provide you with a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

• The product has not be used.  An exchange or refund will not be given for products that have been used or prducts that have been damaged as the result of customer misuse or neglect.
• The product is returned in its original packaging and the product's packaging has not been damaged (for example, product packaging must be returned undamaged and should not be used as the return shipping carton). 
• No refund or exchange will be made on Personalized Merchandise.
• You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us at cs@thencomesababy.com within 15 days of receipt of your order.
• Your RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton and returned to us within 15 days of receiving your RMA number.  Absolutely no return packages will be accepted after this time period.
• Please return all products via UPS or insured Parcel Post.  These shipping methods allow for tracking and compensation of lost or damaged packages.  We will not assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages if other shipping methods are used.
• You must enclose the original sales receipt (photo copies accepted).

Please Note:

• All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
• Shipping & Handling costs for returns are not refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products:
To insure the highest possible quality, we fully inspect each product before it ships.  We also fully guarantee all of our products to be free from factory and workmanship defects.  If any product is found to be defective, or has been damaged in shipping, we will arrange for return shipping and provide you with a refund or exchange, provided the conditions listed in our return policy are met.

Personalized Products:
Products that have been engraved, embroidered, or otherwise personalized are not eligible for return or refund, except where provided for within our return policy for "Damaged or Defective Products."

Secure Online Ordering

Since all of our online transactions are done through a secure server, you can be sure that your information is safe. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet. We guarantee that every transaction you make at Then Comes a Baby.com will be 100% safe, and under the Fair Credit Billing Act, we promise to protect you from any unauthorized charge to your credit card as a result of shopping with us.

Order Confirmation

After you submit your order, you should receive an email confirmation.  If you do not receive an email confirmation within 2 hours, then it is likely that the provided email address was incorrect or we simply did not receive your order.  It is also possible that email filtering software may have blocked the confirmation email from being received.  If you do not receive an email confirmation of your order, please feel free to contact us to check on the status of your order.

Catalog Requests

We do not currently publish a catalog of our products.  Instead, in an effort to reduce our costs and pass the savings on to our customers, we only display our products through this site.   Essentially, this website is our catalog.  If, however, you are looking for a particular product that is not yet displayed on our website, please contact us about it's availability.
